If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 200 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries the following extra charges: - From 20:00 to 22:00, EUR 20; - From 22:00 to 00:00, EUR 30; - From 00:00, EUR 40. Please note that bed linen and towels are provided (per person and per stay). For stays longer than 6 nights we offer an additional change of towels as a courtesy. For stays of less than 6 nights you will have to pay at the property for the following extra charges: 5€ per set of towels if required by the guest. -it is not allowed to play loud music in the apartment out of respect for the neighbors. -It is forbidden to deposit garbage bags in the common areas of the building. -The accommodation of unregistered people in our apartment is prohibited. In the event that this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation automatically. -Please, always carry your keys with you. The trip to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 10 pm will cost 25 euros. -Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock.
