You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that key collection takes place at Prestigi Properties, located at 25, Avenida Grecia. Opening hours are from 17:00 to 19:00 every day. Guests arriving outside opening hours are kindly requested to inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that keys will be placed in a specific external safe for guests arriving after 19:00. Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 6 per day. Please note that bed linen and towels are included. Wifi is available free of charge in all apartments.
