Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Round-the-clock check-in is organized. In case of check-in on the same day, it is necessary to inform the administrator in advance from 9:00 AM to 09:00 PM to receive check-in instructions.
Check-in is carried out remotely: after signing an electronic contract (rental of residential premises) and making a deposit, the administrator sends information on check-in. Contactless check-in to the apartment has a number of its own amenities and features. Guests are required to contact the property at least 2 days before arrival. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to prior arrangement at an additional cost.
For children aged 0 to 4 years, a child's bed can be provided free of charge as an extra bed. Children from 4 years old are counted as a separate guest, with the provision of an additional bed.
The apartment is located in a paid parking area. Free parking is available in the courtyard upon request — a deposit of RUB 10000.00 is charged for the gate control.
