Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Parking near the house is provided without a guaranteed parking space, free of charge. Paid parking is available nearby.

For stays of more than 7 days, a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning is provided with the replacement of bed linen and towels, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 800.00 for each cleaning. Payment for the final and intermediate cleaning is made by depositing funds together with an insurance deposit on the day of arrival.

Upon arrival for one or two days, final cleaning and an insurance deposit are made before sending the check-in instructions to the guests. The security deposit is refunded before 00:00 in case of no claims to the rented object and proper compliance with the rules of accommodation.

The apartments are not rented out for noisy events and parties. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

The possibility of staying with small dogs is agreed in advance individually and for an additional fee.

In case of detection of signs of living with animals without prior approval and payment, a fine of RUB 3000.00 is provided.

To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Calls are accepted from 12:00 to 23:00.
