Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Round-the-clock check-in is organized. In case of check-in on day to day, it is necessary to inform the administrator in advance from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
Check-in is carried out remotely: after the conclusion of an electronic contract (renting a dwelling) and making a deposit, the administrator sends information on settling.
Contactless check-in has a number of facilities and features. Guests are requested to contact the accommodation facility at least 2 days prior to check-in.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to prior arrangement at an additional cost.
Children from 0 to 4 years old can be provided with a baby cot as an extra bed free of charge. Children from 4 years old are counted as a separate guest with the provision of an extra bed.
