After the conclusion of an electronic online contract through a messenger, the client making a 100% prepayment for accommodation, verifying the client and receiving a security deposit 24 hours before check-in, instructions for settling, access codes to the keys are sent.

For violation of the rules of residence (holding noisy parties, smoking), a fine will be charged from the security deposit in full.

A bank card is accepted for payment, the details will be provided no later than 24 hours before the date and time of arrival, according to the rules of the reservation made by the guests.

To verify the guests, a scanned copy (photo) of the passport (page spread + residence permit) and a selfie with the document of the guest who made the reservation are requested, as well as data on the other guests in writing (name, series and passport numbers, date of birth, residence permit), not later than 24 hours before arrival.

If the booking is later and check-in is planned less than 24 hours after booking, the deposit must be sent immediately, after booking (payment), before direct check-in.

In case of non-receipt of the security deposit or documents within the specified time, check-in will be denied without a refund.

The deposit is returned to the guest's bank card, according to the details provided by the guest, within 120 hours after check-out and inspection of the apartment.
