Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The apartment is one-room, with an area of 32 sq.m., converted into a two-room apartment. Apartment with a balcony, with a euroform.
Late check-in after the end of hotel working hours (from 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM) is paid separately — RUB 2000.00.
Check-in is remote, keys are received after making a security deposit and cleaning fees.
Guests are not allowed to view the apartment; check-in is based on a completed reservation.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible only by arrangement and subject to availability, for an extra charge of a full day.
The apartment is under security and video surveillance. The camera is installed in the apartment and is aimed at the front door to control the number of guests.
On the eve of check-in, guests are required to pay in full and leave a mandatory security deposit. Check-in information will be provided upon receipt of a passport photo via WhatsApp and full payment for the apartment. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure or within 14 days of the apartment being fully cleaned, subject to the rules of the apartment. The deposit will not be refunded if the apartment is found to be in breach of any of the following: dirty apartment, damage to property, loss of keys.
Contactless check-in will take place in the apartment. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details will be provided with the booking confirmation. Upon request, check-in is possible in the presence of the check-in manager for an additional fee of RUB 3000.00.
Requests for extension of stay by one day and late check-out must be sent to the previous doorkeeper before 10:00 PM.
Bed linen is stored in the wardrobe, guests need to take only linen according to the number of guests, additional bed linen and towels are charged an extra fee.
There is an additional charge of RUB 2000.00 for guests not specified in the booking. Guests are financially responsible for damaged or lost property and must pay for any damage caused.
It is possible to provide accounting documents by prior arrangement with an increase in price of 30% of the specified amount.
The consequences of breaking the rules of accommodation, in which case the deposit will not be refunded.
1. If there are more people in the apartment than stated.
2. Noise from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM — violation of this rule will also result in immediate eviction, without refund of the deposit and the balance of the accommodation.
3. Unwashed dishes, dirty fridge or microwave, dirty walls and kitchen equipment, disorder in the apartment.
4. Smoking in the apartment, smell of cigarette butts in the garbage, smell of cigarette smoke, electronic cigarettes, water pipes, tobacco and other smoking mixtures.
5. The use of extra sets of bed linen, more than is provided for each set of furniture, and towels more than the stated number of residents without authorisation.
6. Moving oversized furniture without permission.
7. Causing material damage to an apartment or common property.
8. Walking around the apartment in street shoes or carrying prams, pushchairs, bicycles further than the corridor.
9. Guests ringing the intercom or calling neighbours and disturbing them.
The security deposit is refunded in the period from 3 to 14 days after a complete inspection and cleaning of the apartment. |
