Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

In the period from August 1 to August 10 (inclusive), the large and small swimming pool, Finnish sauna and hammam on the territory of the pool will be closed for annual maintenance work.

This hotel does not guarantee bed type. Guests will be notified of the type of bed upon check-in. It is only possible to select a bed type preference at the time of booking.

If a guest requires a visa to enter the country, the hotel will in most cases provide the necessary documents to obtain it. For more information, please contact the hotel. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Additional charges may apply for these services, even if the booking is subsequently cancelled. All arrangements are made exclusively between the guest and the hotel.

An additional charge applies for early check-in. Late check-out is subject to an additional charge. Late check-in is only possible by prior arrangement.

Use of the pool is charged separately.

Accommodation with pets.

The weight of the pet should not exceed 7 kilograms. The hotel complex reserves the right to determine restrictions on weight and dimensions, as well as the possibility of a particular pet staying in the room.

If the guest has a need to live with more than 1 pets, the hotel is ready to meet them, subject to the rules of accommodation. The cost of accommodation with pets must be specified in the booking department.
