Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in to the apartments is conducted remotely.
After booking, guests need to contact the apartments. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
Guests will receive a message on their phone with a form to sign the contract and upload passport details electronically, followed by detailed check-in instructions.
The number of guests staying cannot exceed the number specified in the booking.
The deposit is returned on the day of departure between 15:00 and 17:00 via bank transfer, provided there are no violations.
Late check-out after 12:00 is available by arrangement for RUB 450.00 per hour, and early check-in before 12:00 is available for RUB 450.00 per hour.
Smoking in the apartment and on the balcony is strictly prohibited, with a penalty of 100% of the deposit.
Business travelers can request a full package of reporting documents. Cooperation with legal entities and organizations is possible, both with and without VAT.
Staying with cats is prohibited.
