Muskatel Boutique Hotel

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

A prepayment of 40% of the reservation price is required.

The prepayment should be made within 3 days from the date of booking (invoice).

Method: transfer to a bank account, bank account, or payment system.

Cancellation procedure: Notify the hotel of cancellation 30 calendar days or more prior to arrival date, the hotel will make a refund of the entire amount of the payment if less than 30 calendar days but not more than 20 days – the hotel will refund 75 % of the amount of the charge, 20-10 days before arrival – the hotel will make a refund of 50% of the payment amount for 10-5 days – 25 % of the amount of the payment.

If you cancel your reservation less than 5 calendar days before the day of arrival, or if you do not arrive at the "Muskatel Boutique Hotel" on the day of arrival, the amount of the payment will not be refunded. If the agreement is terminated and the reservation is canceled on the guest's initiative, the commission and other expenses related to the transfer of funds will be charged to the guest's account.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service from the hotel to the center and back (three times a day).
