Abrau Soul@Spa Apart-Hotel

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Apartment rules:

— When booking an apartment, it is assumed that you, the guests, agree to the rules of accommodation. In case of refusal to check in, the reservation will not be refunded. A deposit is also taken for the safety of the property (in case of eviction and no damage, the deposit is refunded in full). For tours of up to 4 days, a reservation is made for one day, for stays of 5 days or more, a reservation of 20% of the total amount is made.

— for registration upon arrival, guests provide the Administrator with identity documents (copies of passports, birth certificate, passport), fill out a questionnaire and pay the remaining amount for accommodation.

— the administration, at its discretion, has the right not to check in guests who are seriously intoxicated with alcohol or drugs.

— if problems with communications and damage to property are detected upon arrival at the apartment, the guest immediately informs the employee about this.

— guests are responsible for the order, cleanliness and safety of property in the rented apartments.

— The apartment administration is not responsible for the safety of valuables left on the premises or in the room during your stay and after check-out.

— the apartment is cleaned only before check-in. Cleaning is done independently during the entire stay. Bed linen and towels are changed (issued) every 5 days, or at the request of the residents.

— the apartments are equipped according to the number of guests with bed linen, bath towels, toilet paper, paper kitchen towels, soap, shampoos, shower gels and dishwashing, laundry and room cleaning products.

— the administration is not responsible for the safety of the guests' belongings and valuables left in the apartments and on the territory of the apart-hotel.

— if the guest finds things forgotten in the room, the administration takes measures to return them to the owner. If this is not possible, the apart-hotel ensures the safety of things before handing them over to the guest or his authorized representative within three months.

— employees are not allowed to enter the apartment in the absence of guests. The hotel administration reserves the right to access the room without the consent of the guest only in cases of detection of signs of an emergency, fire, flooding, as well as suspicion of violation of the rules of accommodation by the guest.

— please do not disturb other residents and observe silence at night from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM on the territory of the apart-hotel.

— Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

— Smoking is allowed only in one designated barbecue area, or outside the apartment hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. The fine for smoking in these places is a deposit.

— it is not allowed to bring weapons, flammable and explosive devices, as well as substances with an intense and unpleasant odor, cooking appliances or other electrical equipment and fans into the apartment without the permission of an employee of the apart-hotel.

— On-site laundry facilities are available for guests, which is open from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM.

— the second set of keys or a chip from the entrance door and gates is issued on a deposit of RUB 1000.00 (cash), upon delivery of the keys and departure, the deposit is refunded

— outsiders who are not registered guests are not allowed to stay in the apartment. If it is discovered that there are strangers whose presence has not been previously agreed upon, the apart-hotel has the right to refuse accommodation to all guests.

— hotel staff have the right to independently determine the norms of proper behavior of guests, which contribute to a comfortable stay for the majority of the guests of the apart-hotel based on the requirements and instructions of management, employee representations, needs and opinions of guests and established ethical or behavioral norms in society. Employees have the right to determine the boundaries of violations of ethical and behavioral norms, which as a result negatively affect the comfort of other guests, force other guests to complain and make claims to the apart-hotel and its employees, create an excuse to damage the reputation of the hotel, provoke possible financial damage, and the formation of a negative attitude towards the hotel. A similar opinion of two employees is sufficient to make a decision on termination of the residence agreement or refusal to conclude such an agreement.

— the hotel is not responsible for violations in the operation of urban communications (power outages, heat, water, etc.).

— the hotel is not responsible for injuries sustained by the guest during improper operation of the room and for careless use of furniture, dishes, cutlery, hygiene products and other items provided for use in the room.

— the guest must protect the rented room, take care of the garden area, flower beds, furniture and equipment in the room and in the courtyard of the house.

Guests are asked not to leave the air conditioning, water, light and electricity on.

These rules are mandatory for all guests of the apart-hotel. The signature in the guest's Registration Card upon check-in means familiarization and full understanding of all the terms of these Rules and agreement with them, including full responsibility for their violation, in accordance with these Rules and the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The territory is in the process of improving service, conditions and landscaping. Construction work is possible.
