Know Before You Go

• This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Breakfast fee: between PHP 300 and PHP 380 for adults, PHP 300 and PHP 380 for children (approximately)
• Airport shuttle fee: PHP 3500 per room (one-way)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: PHP 500 (one-way), (from 3 to 17 years old)
• Kitchen/kitchenette fee: PHP 500 per day
• Refrigerator fee: PHP 200 per day
• Facilities fee: PHP 3500 per accommodation, per day

The above list may not be comprehensive. Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: PHP 3000 per week
• Cash Breakage deposit: PHP 3000 per week
• Cash deposit for Spring Break: PHP 3000 per week for guests staying between 24 February - 31 March
• A 1.75 percent city/local tax will be charged
• Airport shuttle transfer per adult: PHP 3500 (one-way)
• Airport shuttle transfer per child: PHP 500 (one-way), (from 3 to 18 years old)
A damage deposit of PHP 3000 will be collected before check-in. Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.
