Lelita Hotel - Certified Quarantine Facility

A security deposit of PHP 1000 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
In accordance with the latest guidelines from the Department of Health - Bureau of Quarantine, only "Single Occupancy" is allowed per room except for the following:
- Families with minor children below 18 years old (If family has 2 or more adult members, only 1 adult can stay with the minor).
- Person with Disability (PWD) and his/her companion (only 1 adult companion is allowed).
-Travelers with medical conditions (only 1 adult companion is allowed).

For special cases, a waiver is available upon arrival at the airport for the other exemptions not stated above. Please present a copy to the Hotel upon check-in.

The Hotel has the right to refuse check-in should guests fail to meet the above mentioned qualification.

Payment for the extra person that will be sharing room should be payable upon arrival at the Hotel.

Please present government valid ID at the Front Desk upon arrival at the hotel to avoid being unable to check-in.
Should the guests prefer a room sharing/double occupancy, please seek an approval from the Bureau of Quarantine by providing the complete profile details and reasons for room share request. The request should be sent to the email addresses that corresponds to the Airport, the guest will arrive at:

Please be advised that check-in may be denied if the guest do not belong to any of the profiles the Hotel is allowed to accept and/or if the guest is unable to complete all the necessary documentation/requirements.
