This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property.

Know Before You Go

• Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorized responsible person. Accompanying adults may be asked for both their and the child's ID as well as any duly notarized supporting documentation. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Peruvian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
• According to Peruvian law, cash is not accepted for payments over PEN 2,000 or USD 500. Payments greater than these amounts must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the property and local law. Payments cannot be split between currencies.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• This property allows pets in specific rooms only (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Guests can request one of these rooms by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Parking height restrictions apply.
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.

• Fee for continental breakfast: approximately PEN 8 for adults and PEN 5 for children
• Airport shuttle fee: PEN 25 per person (one-way)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: PEN 25 (one-way), (from 7 to 17 years old)
• Pet fee: PEN 15 per accommodation (varies based on length of stay)
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• A late check-out fee will be charged
• Heating fee: PEN 15 per day
• Credit card charges are subject to a surcharge of 8 percent
