Canareef Resort Maldives

Transfer should be paid separately. The cost can range from USD 200.00 to 600.00.

Transfer details:

Option 1: from Gan International Airport (GAN): speedboat ride to Canareef.

Period: 1 November 2024 — 31 October 2026.

USD 80.00 per adult (12 years and above).

USD 40.00 per child (2-11 years old).

Infant (age below 2 years) — free of charge.

Option 2: from Velena International Airport (MLE): domestic flight to GAN and a speedboat ride to Canareef.

Period: 1 November 2024 — 31 October 2025.

USD 420.00 per adult (12 years and above).

USD 340.00 per child (2-11 years old).

Infant (age below 2 years) — free of charge.

Transfer charges apply for the round trip, covering both ways. The transfer payments need to be made directly to the resort by the guest.

All transfers to and from Canareef Resort Maldives will be arranged exclusively by the Resort. Domestic flight transfers are handled by a third-party (Island Aviation Service) IAS. To arrange Domestic Flights and Speedboat Transfers, the Resort requires International Flight details to be submitted by the Guest at the time of booking accommodation, and no later than 2 weeks before travelling.

Full names of all guests as it appears in the passport along with the flight details to and from Maldives are required. Any flight amendments must be submitted to the Resort by the Guest no later than 10 days before arrival date. Resort will not guarantee same day transfers if transfer details are not received within this time or if the transfer details are amended within 10 days of arrival. Domestic transfer provider imposes a luggage restriction of 20 kg of checked luggage and 5 kg of hand luggage. Domestic transfer provider imposes a cancellation fee of USD 90.00 per ticket for any changes made to domestic flight tickets within 96 hours to travel.

For guests who are arriving at MLE airport after 10:00 PM, same-day domestic transfer to Gan cannot be guaranteed. However, the resort will gladly assist the clients with overnight accommodation at Hulhumale or Male’. Overnight accommodation charges are to be borne by the clients and their transfer to the resort will be the following day subject to availability. Guests who are departing from MLE airport before 09:00 AM may need to depart the resort the night before and again, in such a case the resort will gladly assist the clients with overnight accommodation at Hulhumale or Male’, with overnight accommodation charges to be borne by the clients.

For guests who are arriving at Gan Airport, the speedboat will be arranged accordingly (the Speedboat time might differ based on unavoidable circumstances).

Other details: Children under 5 years will eat for free based on the rules and meal-plan accompanied by an adult.

Gala dinner: the property has a mandatory gala dinner on 24 December and 31 December.

24 December:

Adult (12 years and above): USD 130.00 per adult

Child (6 to 11 years old): USD 65.00 per child

Child (below 6 years) — Free of charge

31 December:

Adult (12 years and above): USD 150.00 per adult

Child (6 to 11 years old): USD 75.00 per child

Child (below 6 years) — Free of charge

Gala dinner charges will need to be paid separately for Extra Adult (3rd, 4th person) and Child.
