This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. A scheduled power outage will take place on June 4, 2024, from 11 AM-3 PM in Ocean Wing and Sparium Nishiki. All facilities that use power, including the elevator will not be available, and the hours of operation of the public baths, indoor pool, and other property facilities will be revised during this time. Guests should contact the property for more details.

Know Before You Go

• The seasonal pool will be open from July 01 to August 31.
• Hot springs access available from 1:00 PM to midnight.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• This property allows pets in specific rooms only. Guests can request one of these rooms by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• A car is not required for transportation to and from this property.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

• A bathing tax, collected at the property, may be charged. The bathing tax applies to properties with hot springs and ranges from JPY 150-500 per person, per night based on local regulations. Please note that further exemptions may apply.
