A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Villa Pineta in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that air conditioning is not included and comes at an extra charge of EUR 5 per day. Please note that guests are advised to bring their own bed linen and towels as they are not provided.
