You are kindly requested to inform the property of your estimated time of arrival at least 1 week in advance, in order to arrange for staff to meet you. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

The meeting point for arrivals will be at the Vaporetto (water bus) stop, either Salute or Cà Rezzonico. Details will be sent by the owners after guests have notified the arrival time.

Arrivals after 20:00 are subject to a surcharge, and arrival after 22:00 is not possible.
