You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. Please inform Case La Filetta in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: of EUR 40 from 20:00 to 21:00; of EUR 50 from 21:00 to 22:00; of EUR 60 after 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 23:00. Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 3.6 per day when used.
