A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the property is set in a building with no lift and is reached by 1 flight of stairs. A surcharge of EUR 5 per hour applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
