You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals after check-in hours up to 21:00, and EUR 70 thereafter. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
