Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located within a pedestrian-only zone. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
