A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.

Please inform Villa Colticciola in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the swimming pool is closed from 1st November until 31st March included. Please note that the rate on the 31st December already includes a 4-course Gala Dinner.
