A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.

Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Check-in takes place in the individual apartments, and so the property will contact you in order to arrange the appointment time.

Please note that a deposit of EUR 100 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.

You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site.

Please note, cash payments over EUR 1,000 are not permitted under current Italian law.

Please note that the Stelvio Mountain Pass is closed from October until mid June. This means that you will have to take a longer alternative route to reach the property.
