All citizens of Israel are charged the national value-added tax in the amount of 17%. Foreigners who present a valid passport during registration are exempt from this tax.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Pet fee: ILS 2000 per pet, per stay
• Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability, amount varies)
• Housekeeping fees vary based on length of stay and unit size
• Crib (infant bed) fee: ILS 80 per stay

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: ILS 2500.0 per stay
• Cleaning fee: ILS 600.0 per room, per stay
• All citizens of Israel will be charged the national value-added tax
