Family Penthouse

All citizens of Israel are charged the national value-added tax in the amount of 17%. Foreigners who present a valid passport during registration are exempt from this tax.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Breakfast fee: between USD 15 and USD 25 for adults, USD 13 and USD 19 for children (approximately)
• Airport shuttle fee: USD 39 per vehicle
• Late check-out fee: USD 49 (subject to availability)
• Cribs (infant beds) are available for an additional fee
• Rollaway beds are available for an additional fee

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

• Cash deposit for Spring Break: USD 200.0 per stay
• Christmas Day (25 December) Gala Dinner per adult: USD 0.0
• All citizens of Israel will be charged the national value-added tax
