All citizens of Israel are charged the national value-added tax in the amount of 18%. Foreigners who present a valid passport during registration are exempt from this tax.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Old City Inn in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. From 9 until 18 April breakfast, lunch and dinner will not be served, due to the Passover Holiday. Based on local tax laws, Israeli citizens must pay VAT. This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation. Please note that the reception is only open from 14:00 until 18:00. Check-out is late on Saturdays, after Sabbath. For check-in on Fridays after 14:00, please contact the hotel. In case of late check-in, please provide the property with the number of your mobile phone.
