The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 19 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. After making your reservation, you will receive instructions for key collection directly from the property. Please note that electricity and water usage are not included in the rate. Electricity and water usage will be calculated on check-out and invoiced accordingly. Please contact the accommodation in advance if you want to check in after 16:30. Please note that special conditions may apply for bookings of 5 units or more.
