San Cristóbal Suites Bellas Artes

All citizens of Chile, regardless of the duration of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days may have to pay the national sales tax (19%) when checking out. To receive tax exemption, foreign citizens must pay for their stay upon entry in foreign currency (not Chilean pesos) or with a credit card issued abroad and present a valid passport along with the migration card they received upon entry into the country. If a person subject to paying the tax and another exempt from the same share a room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.

• Self parking fee: USD 19 per day
• Valet parking fee: USD 15.00 per night (in/out privileges)
• Early check-in fee: USD 40 (subject to availability)
• Late check-in fee (amount varies)
• Late check-out fee: USD 40 (subject to availability)
• Rollaway bed fee: USD 15.0 per night

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

• Breakage deposit: USD 100.00 per stay
• The national sales tax (19%) is charged upon check-out to citizens of Chile regardless of length of stay and to foreigners staying in the country for 60 consecutive days or more. To qualify for a tax exemption, foreigners must pay for their stay in foreign currency (not in Chilean pesos) and present a valid passport along with the migration card they received upon arrival in the country at check-in. Furthermore, the tax may apply per room when the room is shared by a taxable and a nontaxable guest.
