All citizens of Chile, regardless of the duration of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days may have to pay the national sales tax (19%) when checking out. To receive tax exemption, foreign citizens must pay for their stay upon entry in foreign currency (not Chilean pesos) or with a credit card issued abroad and present a valid passport along with the migration card they received upon entry into the country. If a person subject to paying the tax and another exempt from the same share a room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that in order to guarantee your reservation, a prepayment deposit of 50% of the total of your stay is required maximum 48 hours after booking. Guests not providing this deposit will have their reservations cancelled accordingly. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided.
