**Know Before You Go**
There is no 24/7 reception in the hotel. The reception working hours are Monday – Thursday 7 a.m. – 8 p.m., Friday 7 a.m. - 1 p.m., Saturday, Sunday & holidays 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. In case the guests arrive outside the working hours, they should contact the agency in advance and request the key safe. The main entrance of the hotel is at Mautner Markhof-Gasse, No. 72. The safe is fixed there. Enter your six-digit code, and the key will drop out automatically. The key works for the entrance door and your room. The card is for the light in the room. Guests should go through the entrance along the bar to the elevator.
No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
