A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the name of the credit card must be the same as on the booking. On arrival, guests are required to verify 2 forms of photo identification that match the booking name and credit card.
