Payable directly to the hotel by local residents only. Tourists will receive a refund for the VAT Tax, when they pay for their accommodations. To receive the refund, they must pay with a foreign credit card or provide their passport number and confirm their address.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform La Quinta Residencia in advance of your expected arrival time.
