My friend  wanted to reserve a room on November  04th 2019, shortly after different purchases were made including flights!🙈
It’s amazing how shameless people can be. 
Its so embarrassing for me because I recommend this hotel to my friend.
Its actualy under investigation. Be carful!

Credit Cards not secure!

Offered upgraded room and pure luxury with bath; shower and two toilets. Lounge room with second television and coffee/tea making facilities. Courteous and friendly staff very informed on tourist places to visit. Tasty buffet breakfast. Economical bus from Hong Kong to Macau on new bridge to ferry terminal where any casino bus may be taken to the city. Pensioner rates offered on bus but not on ferry service. Macau currency is not accepted in Hong Kong so is better to make sure any Macau cuttency is used before returning to Hong Kong. For travel around Hong Kong better to purchase Octopus card from MRT (rail). Pensioners only pay HK$2/trip and may be used on local bus/train or ferry. Octopus cards saves chasing HK$6 in coins for evety bus trip as buses do not give any change. Octopus cards should be returned to the MRT at the end of your trip to receive your refund of the security deposit plus any unused funds. In hotels bettet to pay security deposit in cash. If paid with credit card,.amount will be debited to your card and only refunded after two weeks.

Casa Real Hotel - Casino, Macau

The pool in the hotel photos has probably been without water for a long time! It was a reason to book the house, since hotels without a pool in the neighbourhood had more favorable conditions. On demand, a filling brush was refused, the pool would be closed for maintenance, nothing to see (except dirt and leaves in the pool) I felt strongly taken on the arm! Plates in the garden are loose, for example, the risk of injury. Maintenance - exactly the one missing here. The pictured attractive breakfast buffet does not exist, there is only a plate of rice, beans, bananas, cheese and some mirror oil, a coffee without milk.

Disappointment with the pool and breakfast, the staff doesn't care.

Quiet and quietly maintained environment. Good location near shopping centre, hotels and casinos. Public buses to Leon depart from a vialone 200 metres away.

Nice and friendly hotel

I have stayed in the Casa Real many, many times through the years and always get welcomed as family. Rene and his staff are helpful, the rooms clean and functional and the location is great. I won't stay anywhere else in Managua.

Best value in Managua

The hotel is an old and beautiful house. The room was huge and comfortable and the bathroom was awesome. Staff was very friendly too. Breakfast was excellent and good coffee. Parking lot is small, but overall it was a great experience 

Cozy and nice!

This is by fat the best hotel in Managua. It has fast Wi-Fi, a great location and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for Managua hotels. I'd be happy to live there. You need to check it out. :)

Best Hotel in Managua

Hotel Casa Real is a charming little hotel located close to Metrocentro (a big shopping mall). It's such a beautiful and cozy hotel with the most friendly staff I've experienced anywhere in Managua. The rooms are big, light and clean. They offer aircondition and hot water in the shower (which is rare in Nicaragua). 

You get great value for money. I've stayed at different hotels in Managua before, including hotels with tiny, dirty rooms and rude staff to a higher price than this amazing hotel. 

Breakfast is included and a la carte, and you can you choose between many different dishes. We did have a unfortunate experience at breakfast though. I ordered a waffle and got pancakes instead. Of course this can happen but maybe the owner should consider giving the waitress a pen and some paper so she doesn't have to remember everything in her head. Also we asked if they had earl grey tea and the waitress said yes. So we ordered three cups of earl grey tea. But we got herbal tea instead. These are tiny problems and I'm only writing this so that the owner will know what can be improved and not as a reason not to choose the hotel because it really still is the best hotel! 

Great value for money

Pleasant and well-located hotel. Spacious and comfortable rooms, it would be better if you could have a refrigerator. Friendly staff. Restaurant service could improve and have greater options.

A good option

Visit the Hotel, by reference of a acquaintance, take the Suite with Jacuzzi, at the entrance, the bathroom is covered, in the room many mosquitoes, and without bath towels, I think it is necessary for the operational staff to review these details.
