My family, comprising 4 adults and 5 children aged from 9 to 17 years had a fabulous holiday in this wonderful well appointed house with superb views over the harbour, the coastline and the distant mountains. There can't be many better views in Nelson. The house is extremely comfortable and the best equipped we've come across. Plenty of space with several comfortable seating areas. Fabulous in rainy weather too as the BBQ and much of the decking is under cover.  Close to the city and to the harbour. Really well managed. All in all a delightful base from which to explore a wonderful region of NZ.

For once the pictures on AirBnb of the view and the reality matched! Great location and while the road to the apartment and then the steps to the front door were both steep, as two retired people we managed them no problems! Apartment was very clean and comfy with lovely beds and quality linen and generally well equipped. Very quiet as well with no road noise.

Really good location to walk to several good restaurants (Nahm, The Boat Shed, Harbour Lights) and 5 minute drive to the lovely city of Nelson or to head out to the coast. WOW museum well worth a visit.

Most enjoyable of all for us was sitting on the patio overlooking the harbour with a glass of wine watching the various marine activities - yachties, swimmers not to mention the pilot and tug boats shepherding in various huge ships. All very entertaining.

That describes the view after climbing the stairs up to the aparment. The apartment was generous, well equiped, clean and comfortable. There are great eating places nearby, and the CBD is a short drive away. Recommended.

We had 4 nights in Nelson, and it was amazing. The location of this property meant you were close to city centre but with an incredible outlook. Great places to eat (and drink) nearby, and straight out the door for an invigorating waterfront walk. There was ample space for 2 people in the 1 bedroom apartment with all of the amenities you could possibly need. The fresh daffodils were a lovely touch plus the great coffee. there was a convenient carpark space, I recommend hiring a car to see as much of the beautiful Nelson area as possible. There are bike tracks everywhere so it would have been great to have had bikes available to use or hire from the apartment for an extra charge (we would have been happy to pay for the convenience)

We stayed here for two nights. Our room had beautiful views over Picton Harbour. The room was modern and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartments are within very easy walking distance of the harbour, the town and local restaurants.
