Lyons Rock Bed and Breakfast

2 Tasmanian couples stayed here after sailing on the Bay of islands. It was the perfect spot after 5 nights in limited space while sailing. Superb views and excellent hosts in Malcolm and Liz. Enjoyed the hot tub and glorious sunshine on the balcony. We really enjoyed Piha and the lovely chats with Malcolm especially, who gave great advice on places to visit and roads to take. Thanks Malcolm and Liz - we loved staying at Lyons Rock B&B!

Me and my fiancee spent three nights in the Manuka Suite at the Lyons Rock BnB. The room was more than worth it's price and the views are simply amazing! The hosts are very warm and welcoming and they provided us with lots of advice about things to see and do. When visiting Piha, this BnB is the perfect accomodation! Stay here a few nights if you can!

My girl friend and I had 2 nights. The scenery stunning and amazing hosts, liz and Malcolm . It was raining and very dark when we arrived , Malcolm came straight out to our car to help with luggage . 
Both were very knowledgeable and helpful with walks and other things we wanted to do in the area. 
We had the Tawa room which had amazing views out over Lyon Rock and looking directly over Piha, and use of a huge lounge/ kitchen area with an amazing deck with hot tub looking over Piha. 
Breakfast both mornings was great.

Tucked quietly into the hillside overlooking Piha the views from this B&B are stunning and the hosts, super friendly. 
Give or take a few steps to get down to the downstairs suite it's well worth it. The lounge is huge and the private deck with hot tub is the perfect way to bubble away any aches under the stars! 
Breakfast sets you up for the steps and the day a head. Pancakes, croissants and cereals are all on offer.
Very nice place to unwind for a long weekend break.

Wonderful stay at Lyons Rock BnB

Stunning 

Perfect break

Malcolm and Liz are very friendly hosts and are gladly to give some advice on what to do in the area.
The view to the beach is just stunning. Hard to beat. 

Usually men and women judge some things differently, but we have to say that other places made a better impression concerning cleanliness. The kitchen wasn't really clean. So even if this isn't a major issue it is still present.
