The reception was very welcoming. The atmosphere was friendly, homey. I was patiently awaited, although the plane was delayed by an hour and a half. I had two rooms. I liked the spacious room on the first floor more. The nice Dutch-painted bedding gives me even more comfort. A good breakfast was included in the room price. On the second night I was asked to move to the third floor. I was helped with the suitcase. It was basically nothing bad. The hotel was quiet, it was quiet. The bathrooms and the bathroom were clean. In the third floor there was not a single drop in the closet.

It's very welcoming.

The best part: - The hospitality of the family that runs the house. - The breakfast, very good. - The Wi-Fi. - The location, not central, but it does not get to the center and the central station. - It is like being in your own house. - The worst part: - The price is high, although less than average, in a country that is very expensive.

Very highly recommended.

Owners of this B&B are the most hospitable and welcoming hosts!! Place was very central, immaculate, extremely quiet with a very nice included breakfast with the best coffee and tea! (And very reasonably priced too)

Utrecht needs at least 2 days! (Maybe 3?)

5 * hospitality at budget price

Very nice and quiet location, a few minutes walk from both the railway station and the centre. There are shops and supermarkets a few steps away. The owner is very friendly and available: he has, for example, accompanied me to park the car (to leave it for a few days) a short distance in a public parking lot! Very nice! The rooms are simple and clean, the bathrooms, on the floor, are essential. Scale a little steep. Breakfast is sober. Tariffs commensurate with the high prices of the city, however, it is a good address in Utrecht.

My wife and I stayed in Utrecht in December 2013. The Hotel Klim is an amazingly warm and cosy place. The rooms are clean with an interesting ethnic design.

It's a great cheap hotel.

The B&B is a few minutes walk from the city center where the shops and the Dom Tower are. The train station is also near, about 5 minutes by biking. 

The hosts are nice, very accommodating, and helpful. I stayed quite a while (3 weeks) and didn't have any problems. 

Cozy and comfortable - good alternative to staying in a hotel. You also get to meet fellow travellers.

Good location, great hosts, comfortable, and affordable

This B&B is not at the city center, but is one easy ride away from the train station. For what we paid (30 euro per person), it was worth the money. The room was cozy & charming, and there was no wait for toilets/showers. The only downside was that our room was in the 3rd floor, which presented difficulty as we had large pieces of luggage.

Comfortable & Affordable

We chose this b&b because of the price and the proximity to the center. We found each other nice, the bathrooms even though in the common were clean. The manager was available and offered us a great breakfast. I didn't like that the room had the single beds and not the double.

Nice and good price

My last-minute review of this B&B is very positive. At first I was a little perplexed, because when I got to my destination there was practically no one to welcome us! Later I reconsidered, indeed... excellent hospitality, excellent cleanliness, and really affordable price (considered to be the Queen Fest)
