The worst vacation home experience in Utrecht, a sofa full of stains, few kitchen utensils, dirty and old. The non-existent bathroom and bed attached to the wall in a windowless room. Zero service: they wanted us to go pick up the keys in a hotel away from home, carrying all our luggage with us, only after my decided email they sent someone to greet us. They lacked lights and promised to change the lamps, never done. Zero cleaning. I had better experiences in Utrecht.

I wouldn't recommend it.

Very good location, close to the city center and faced to to canal. Lovely apartments with many facilities but a bit noisy. Room was clean and comfortable with a small bathroom. Price are good compare to the hotels

Lovely view 

The apartment, Utrecht city apartment Weerdsingel Oz, is relatively well located, 10 minutes from the city centre, 15 minutes from the train station and 25 from Jaarbeurs. The apartment which is actually a studio consisting of two clogged one-person beds, a TV (chain in Dutch), a kitchen equipped: microwave, oven, sink, coffee machine. There is also a mini sdb with shower. The set is very clean (clothes and bath sheets available) The wifi works very well. The bed is modern, and well chosen. The bedding is more comfortable but it is still decorated.

Nice flat, but noisy.

I made the reservation via internet. When I arrived, nobody was there and I had to call on the phone number provided and only 15 mins late somebody arrived. They ask me to pay cash in advance the total Price (with no recepit) but a week later I discovered that booking already had charged the fee for the accommodation on the credit card I left when I book the room. Then, they confirm the double charge, but  i had to wait approx. 30 days to received my money back. 

The room was on two level and the beds were in the basement (and that was not clear from the photos in internet). The room was apparently clean but under the beds we found some dust. The furniture was new and bed linen and towel were clean. The bathroom was shared, but only with one other room. The structure also had a shared patio, very useful for smokers. 

If you decide to go there I reccomend you to ask for a recepit if they ask you to pay cash!!!
