The owners are really nice and available to help, the house is beautiful and super super clean, the rooms have everything you need and the beds are really confortable. I just wish I could stay longer...

Perfect

We regularly come to Katwijk once or twice a year for a short vacation, and we like to come down here again and again. The rooms are very clean and lovingly decorated. Breakfast is served in a family atmosphere. Right after departure we booked the next visit. We are already looking forward to the next beautiful days in Katwijk. See you soon.

I 'd like to go back

We have just got back from a four night stay here which we really enjoyed. Stayed in a lovely clean bright room with a balcony and large fresh en-suite shower room. The owners a delightful people, friendly and welcoming who speak Dutch, German and English. Breakfast was enormous with hugh selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, cereals and breads. It is a two minute walk onto the magnificent beach and dunes and there are some nice restaurants and beach bars nearby. In summary excellent hosts, excellent cleanliness and excellent service. We would stay here again without hestitation.

A superb place to stay

Welcoming hosts, immaculate facilities,  lovely continental breakfast, beautiful  decor so glad that we chose this establishment to reside in it is situated across from a lovely white church 2 seconds walk from the boulevard we loved it ! 
Katwijk aan zee is a lovely place to stay beautiful long beach with beach bars dotted along the coast and some restaurants along the front of the boulevard,  behind the boulevard you will find lovely shops to browse in
Take the train from schipol airport to Leiden 20 minutes traveling time trains run around every 10 / 15 minutes 
Take bus from Leiden to katwijk aan zee ( bus station is directly out side train station) choice of 3 buses 30, 31 and 37 bus tickets can be bought on bus you will get a bus every 15 minutes with 10 minutes travelling time 
We will definately be back in Katwijk aan zee and will definately stay at bed and breakfast Katwijk

Fantastic place to stay !

Stayed at this great B&B for the second time. That should say it all as we are only going back to those hotels, etc that have earned our respect and have received our top markings. 

This B&B gives more than just being a good place to stay. The welcome, cleanliness, attention, facilities, etc are exactly right but, in addition to that, the balance of personal touch and pure professionalism is just right. 

Katwijk-aan-Zee has many B&B's but were are very pleased to have chosen this one. It is an excellent place to relax.

What is very positive for us also is that the people in Katwijk are remarkably friendly, helpful and courteous. The service in shops and restaurants reminds us of the 50's and 60's.

We have found a nice hide away. 



Back again

I stayed at 3 different hotels in Katwijk, and this was the best. I stayed in the chalet. It had a kitchen, sitting room and shower & toilet on the ground floor, and large room on the upper floor. It's a B&B, but prices the same as a hotel for a solo traveller. For couples and families it would be a super price too. Friendly owner. I felt really at home here. 

Great place to stay!

A very well-maintained BB with a nice, bright room (with balcony to the marketplace) and very good facilities; very nice and helpful operators; good parking facilities 100 metres from the house, good breakfast

Relaxing Days at the Sea

The hostess is excellent, beautiful and very kind, she has never given up on providing us with guidance and support of any kind. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. We chose the sitemap in the chalet, only a sin is that here wifi didn't take well, but the environment was so pleasant and relaxing that we willingly cut off everything that is internet and work (for things like online check-in and ticket printing The hostess has more than you want the hostel available) I sincerely advise everyone, Katwijk is really a nice location for a romantic weekend or an exquisite PC vacation.

That's really great!

Very clean B&B where every day the room is cleaned and the bed made. Communication with the owner is a little difficult (if you don't speak Dutch) but always cordial. Breakfast is rich and delicious. We had nothing to put off and would book it again
