We were two couples in apartment number 7: clean, bright, quiet and completely renovated. The location is tactical: outside the downtown casino but only 10 minutes by bike. We always moved by bike, rented a few steps away but the tram stop is right in front. There is a supermarket open until 10 pm every day. One point of focus: given the layout of the apartment, privacy is reduced; the second bed is located in the living room/kitchen, next to the soundproof bathroom.

The weekend in Amsterdam

We stayed here as a family of three. The very steep stairs were a bit daunting, but we got used to them. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, but it was not quite a 2 bed apartment - the second bed was in an inner room, separated from the main bedroom by a pair of sliding doors, and with glass windows between the two. The location was excellent - very close to a 19 tram line, with a good supermarket and great ice cream takeaway nearby. Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

Apartment was very clean and had most things you will need, concierge was very efficient.

Great location, lots of local amenities.

A stylish apartment, complete with amenities. The location is excellent (tram #19 a few meters away), and the staff is very kind: despite a three-hour delay we checked in late at night. On the checkout day they kindly and free of charge stored the luggage until departure. Welcome kit: prosecco and Nespresso coffee capsules! On the contrary, the sound insulation could be better (our apartment was across the street). The bathroom is really small, and tends to flood in case of showering.

Great for a few days of visiting!

Everything was very comfortable, Crish was super friendly with us. The apartments are very nice, with steep stairs!! But it's the norm here. Everything is perfect, it has good communication with the center in 20 minutes by transport arrives without problems.

Buying an apartment!!

What a great, clean place.  The landlord is very very nice.  The only issue, as has been said by others, is it is quite noisy all night. For those familiar with city living it may not be that bad, but for those who live quietly out in the country, as we do, we found that it affected our ability to sleep. IT surprised us a little, because it is quite a bit outside of the main part of Amsterdam.

Nice efficiency right on the tram line #5 but a bit noisy

The apartment was cozy and well cleaned, but there was no toilet paper. The walls were so thin I though we were sleeping in a house made of leaves; we could hear everything from the down and upstairs neighbors. The city center is near, 15 min by tram, and the apartment faces a stunning park were you can start/finish your day and relax.

Cozy but noisy

Nice apartment, spacious and new. Equipped with refrigerated dishwashers, cafeteria, toaster and everything else. New and in perfect condition. Only the microwave is missing. Very close to the tram stop 9 which leads to the center in 15 minutes. A super at 40 meters. Very nice and quiet area. We stayed for a week and everything was perfect.

Apartment Frankendael, located in Amsterdam

The apartment is beautiful, bright, in front of a park and well equipped with everything you need to cook. It is ideal for visiting Amsterdam as it is right in front of the tram stop that passes through the central area and arrives at the Central Station. It is also a few meters from a supermarket that closes late.

We recommend that you visit Amsterdam...

Stayed Thursday - Sunday with two friends. We loved our apartment. Everything’s was so nice and clean. The staff is amazing and it’s awesome to see some of the local areas instead of being in the middle of everything. A lots of good restaurants around and you also have this amazing park right outside the house. Also Uber is so cheap in this town, but if you prefer to go by bus or tram you have a tram stop just a few meters away. Also a minimart 30 meter from your door. 
Really recommend this place if your visiting Amaterdam. 

Lovely

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great. There’s a nice grocery store close by and a park across the street. If you’re someone who enjoys walking, the museums and downtown area were within walking distance. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had a nice layout. I’ll be checking availability here on future visits. Very satisfied. Steep steps but that’s not uncommon in Amsterdam.
