We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff was so friendly! My friend needed a laptop to arrange soms things for home and they let her borrowing their own laptop! They also helped us with a guide for the poon hill trek and other activities to do. We had a great stay here. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience

The plan was that we only stay one night and then look for a more comfortable hotel, since the first night was already paid by the agency. But we were really satisfied and stayed four more days. The staff is very nice and helpful in all matters. The value for money is also right. We would choose it again next time.

Would like to select it again

Really nice hotel, clean and provides everything you need. A really nice family run business that helped us out a lot with a travels. We stayed for a few nights and then want away and wanted to stay when we came back, however, the hotel was full. Instead they gave us another hotel to stay in which was really nice.

Great Hotel

Basic hotel and good price. Lots of space in your room. Good wifi. Rooftop mountain view! 
The staff will do anything to make your stay succesful! Warm and commited staff. They also cook good food! Very good place for backpackers. 

Feels like home

Room was clean and ok for the price.
Hot water and occidental toilets.
First day, the staff was very kind, helpful and helped us for a taxi.
Last day, we've been waiting for breakfast for 30 min and staff member became very very cold until our departure for a random reason. This happened right after our trekking nepali guide left the hotel. 
Global feeling is average ok.

First: fine, then poor service

Room correct but rates vary with the head of the customer and can vary and spend e 2500 to 1600 rupees e 4 days, do not wash his laundry because made damaged, wet and wrinkled, basically just sleep and do not take any extra service or catering, bad internet connection, but good welcome, and tres polite

Near the lake

The hotel is middle class, the operators are very caring. I got sick, the manager Samcher drove me to a private hospital, brought me the most necessary things, brought me breakfast and dinner, paid all the bills. The room service was exemplary, the view of the Annapurna Massif and the Machapuchtre is beautiful, the lake 200 meters from the hotel. The bakery next to the hotel delivered delicious croissants and apple cakes fresh and warm on the breakfast table and the best overnight costs with $10 as part of the successful Pokhara is overrun by tourism and there is a lot of crime, e.g. with mobile phones.

I was treated like a family member.

The price we were charged was slightly above those of the same category, to be reckoned with. It is not on the front line, but this makes it a quiet hotel.The owner, Mr. Tilak, strives to satisfy the customers.
