39 reviewsMy husband and I stayed for 4 nights. We were warmly greeted on arrival and given refreshing cold towels and a welcome drink. The staff spoke basic English and were very willing to help. We were allocated a ground floor double room which was spacious and had all the amenities we needed - kettle, safe, hairdryer, bottled water, mosquito net. The bathroom was spacious too with modern fixtures/fittings. The shower was hot but lacking in pressure. Breakfast was limited. The dining area itself had some ornate features but looked out onto a brick wall on one side, which was a bit grim. We ate at the 88 bar/restaurant next door a couple of nights which had tasty cheap food. There was little else in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The pool area was relaxing and towels were provided. Day trips were offered for $35 per car. All in all, the hotel offered excellent value for money and met our needs.
