As I experienced the most calm and homely felt place bit off to urban crowd, with absolutely clean facility. Fare rates and worth for money and wounder full breakfast traditional  & over seas meals, outside recreational Wilder shelter for snack and so on (on demand). Pre-arranged boat tours and bike riding to roaming around. I highly appreciate the friendly staff with warmth heart.

Homely place with calm & warmth

A bit off the center, but the staff is very kind, we arrived at 6am, and we could get is our room. Breakfast is not too much, but at least something. They have bikes to discover the area, and also able to organize boat trip to the lake. 

Great place to stay 

We stayed here for three nights and we liked it here, the rooms are clean and big for the little money. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they organising boot tours and also trekking tours (if you want , ask for a tour with Komyo, an inle trekking guide, we did a full day trekking tour with him, he showed us a lot of interesting places during the day, explained a lot about the country, people in myanmar and buddhism and prepared us such a delicious lunch :) ). Laundry service and free bicycles are also available.

Nice, friendly staff, big rooms

The rooms are clean, the staff is very nice, the showers are very warm, the breakfast is made of toast, jam, egg, melon and banana, as usual in Myanmar. You can borrow free bicycles to get to the center or to the lake in 5 minutes. You can refill yourself with water anytime. One minute walk away, I think, there is not much of the best food in Myanmar for a lot of money in bamboo delight. I, at 20 years old, am very satisfied with my stay.

Good Accommodation for Little Money

A cute little place a few minutes drive out of town, so it's quiet, but the hallways and kitchen/restaurant area have no sound proofing and rooms back onto either or both.
Staff are kind and the shower was hot with good water pressure. A little cold at night, so an additional blanket worked well.

Quiet area of town but noisy within the hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at Lady Princess Motel 2, the staff were really welcoming and accommodating to our needs. This motel is definitely value for money, the beds were really comfortable and hot showers were hot!!! Each room has AC, a fan, TV, table and chair and a bench to put our suitcase. Probably the pigeons' cooing each morning was annoying as it disrupted our sleep, also the towels were a bit small, maybe change the microfiber towels. To walk to the town centre you would probably need 10-15 minutes. Overall though, highly recommend to stay!

Great value for money!

This is a fantastic place to stay near Inle lake. The host is very friendly and extremely helpful even finding a sowing kit to repair a broken bag strap. The breakfast is very enjoyable with fresh fruit and a choice of egg. The room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, hot shower and AC.

Superb

I stayed here for few night and didn't expect much from a motel but I was very impressed with everything is so clean, staffs here are very nice, friendly and helpful. I indeed felt like home when I stayed here.

Clean, friendly and cosy

I have stayed few hotels in nyaungshwe in last few years.this time i was bit late and thought to stay in a different place.So i choose this hotel as the location is convenient for me for my work.I did not expect much as it is a budget hotel.but From the moment i arrived i loved every second of my stay. The hotel is remarkably clean and all the staff are friendly. 

they have all required facilities such as hot & Cold water,hair dryer,good toiletries and so on.the best part is the cleanliness in the room which is highly appreciate.staff are always willing to help and understand my needs and wants.they have arranged 24 hours free coffee at the dinning area and i enjoyed it well.the breakfast is awesome with varieties of food including Myanmar traditional food.
Reception helped me a lot for my questions and to book bus tickets to yangon.i saw their information rack that they organize many tours on the lake.trekking and other places for affordable prices than other places.but i didn't have time to experience those.WIFI  is super fast and never expect from a place like this.
i was surprised of the way they maintain the service and finally got to know that they are under a new management.best of luck with the lady princess team and hope to visit them back in future."REALLY A VALUE FOR MONEY"

What a nice place...Unbelievable...!!!!

After a two-day trek and a mishap because of another guesthouse, we arrive at Lady Princess 2. Very nice little house, nice room and most of all, how quiet. The two young women who take care of us are adorable, only little problem, English. The manager, she speaks perfect English, is very friendly and good advice. The breakfast space is great and the latter is very good. For me the only thing missing to make it perfect is Wi-Fi.
