A clean, spacious budget room with kind and helpful staff and a simple free breakfast of toast, eggs and fruit. We arrived at 6am and were shown to our room straight away. Location is good - a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of town. I recommend this guest house but I would not recommend the boat tour of Inle Lake which you can book there. You spend 1hr on the lake and about 5 hrs being taken to various silver, cigar etc “workshops” or essentially shops with no English explanation of why you are there or how these things are actually made. Overall, stay at the guest house, don’t book the boat tour.

Highly Recommend!

I loved my stay here. Its a quiet and peaceful atmosphere: my bed was in a bamboo room, but they also have rooms in the house if you prefer that. I loved the feeling in the bamboo hut :) Its very cheap (4$ only) yet very clean (there are some ants sometimes on the facilities as they are located outside, but they really clean very often and all the favilities are shining bright and not mouldy at all!) and provides you with all you need: hot shower, cheap breakfast, free tea and water, mosquito net, working wifi. I booked a dorm but got a private room instead for the same price. This is really a place to relax! Also there is a great Indian restaurant called Little India just around the corner. Would always come back, its def the best hostel for the price i‘ve stayed at in Myanmar :)

Amazing hostel

For budget travelers, this is the best deal at Inle and certainly one of the best I found in all of Myanmar. My double room for single occupancy was big, had flat TV, mosquito net, big nice window, very clean toilet with toiletries, towels and a fan. The property is managed by a young woman with years of experience in Top Hotel and hospitality industry hence it is very well managed. Breakfast is not included in the room price and it is very sumptuous for a very low price. The roof top restaurant offers superb views of the surrounding hills. The staff is really nice and helpful. The owner-manager girl is always there to help you out and she has outstanding knowledge of her people and the place. The location is great, not in the center hence quiet and serene, yet close enough to everything.

Excellent Value for Money

Good location and it is stupidly cheap. However no air con but which did make a big difference but what can you expect for the price. I didn't think it was particularly clean but again can't go wrong with this price. 

You get what you pay for

We've been here for 2 nights in june 2017, and we recommend!
You can choose between a dormitory or a room. The dormitory is the cheapest in town (7$ in low season), and a good breakfast is included.
The staff can speak english, and they are all really really kind and toughtful!

Amazing staff, cheapest in town

Small guest house clean enough, the staff is charming. Bus and taxi order for excursion. Small lunch quite basic, it's a shame that the tea served is bags. Washing the laundry is very, very summary!!!!

It's right next to the night market.

We went to this guesthouse because of a recommendation. Unfortunately, it was very dirty, especially the bed, and we didn't feel well at all. The bathroom was so dirty, calcified, and worn out that we moved to another guesthouse immediately afterwards.

Not to be despised

By far the best guest house I've ever stayed in Burma, remarkable staff, always there whatever you ask for, lovely owner. A very good price ratio, for medium or narrow budgets, I could get a small room for less than 10 euros. Lunch included, simple or traditional if you're lucky. I recommend.

A real guest house, very good price ratio

Looking for a cheap guest house in Nyaung Shwe, the taxi took us to Sin Yaw, about a mile from Molo and a little out of the village centre. The staff don't speak very well English. The rooms are bad and really dirty, the sheets were brown like towels. The bathroom was abandoned. We preferred to check out early and change the structure.

Room has 26€ not too badly clean not in the city centre but has 10 min walk breakfast very basic friendly personal bike rental and sales of tours 0 and bus ticket you can find cheaper and equivalent to the coter of the pier from 20$
