They have low knowledge about the service what to provide for the customer. You have to communicate with receptionist with google translate, because they speak French. If you will buy package with dinner and breakfast, keep in mind that it is setved so late that you most likely won't use it. Dinner was setvzd every evening at different time. I felt down the mountain and damaged my feet, never went for the dinner I paid for and they served me yesterdays dinner other guests had. What the hell? I paid for all weeks dinner and I don't even get todays food, but some old yesterdays refrigerater keeped soaking wet salad and dish that is burning hot. This is the worst service I have had so far in my life and I have traveled a lot. Noone cares about the service. Noone!

Worst hotel I have stayed so far in my life

I always stay here when I visit Marrakesh. A ten minute walk to the station and a drop of point from the No19 airport bus. It’s a straight 30 minute walk into the famous square. I prefer it to using a Riad in the Kasbah as it’s so easy to get lost in there. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a hot shower in the bathroom. They also have a money exchange booth with far better rates than the airport.

The worst hotel in Marrakech I really advise you not to go there service very badly the gentleman at the entrance reception this afternoon he treated us badly very dirty rooms with strange odors TV that doesn't work weather either... he doesn't even deserve 1* in short a very very bad experience...

The reception and staff are very professional and very attentive, breakfast is very cozy and delicious, the room is very nice and clean and the geographical location allows quick access to everything.

It's a great stay.

Hotel very pleasant personal listening to the travelers the possibility to get to the medina by bus just for a few dirhams bus stop right in front of the hotel every quarter of an hour, very cozy breakfast pretty terrace with swimming pool, large bathroom with a very large Italian shower

Memories of a good stay

The hotel is right it's a little old but right, clean, very nice staff, nice little guy, the only big bemool is on the side of the avenue too much but then too loud (car, motorcycle scooter, horn, whistle and smell of escape as soon as we open the window) a hell on the side of the avenue

Location was great. The Hotel don't book it as the staff were terrible We booked for two nights with my in-laws before we left back to UK. Our rooms the air conditioner didn't work. So they moved us. We went out for dinner to return to our room being broken into luckily nothing was taken as we took all valuables with us. The hotel was not interested. We called the Police who were good but the Hotel management said we had broken the door, so we asked to look at the cctv only to find that from the time we were out of the Hotel somehow the cctv was not working. They changed our room only to be flooded out during the night from a burst pipe in the room above. The food was terrible it was not a buffet like stated it was a set meal EAT WHAT YOU ARE GIVEN. My Dog eats better. All i can say is to Booking.com and all the other Booking sights to remove this Hotel.

Disaster

Shame hotel to escape absolutely!!!! After a long trip from France I arrive in front of the hotel staff tell me that they cancel my reservation, without any reason at the last minute, I had to find another hotel at midnight, to find or sleep, in short No respect, no sorry, nothing. HONTEUX!!!!!!

The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. The breakfast that was included in the price was terrible and not worth it at all. The only good thing about it was the location. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

STUPID SERVICE. STUPID PEOPLE. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK, REALLY BAD COMMUNICATION. they should study how to behave properly to customers. no wifi, no room, no understanding. they laugh at you when you explain the problem. they don't solve the issue, they want to force me to pay a night that i did not spend there and threaten me to call the police.
