I took this horror because I had no choice I arrived at 11:00 pm, the disagreeable reception cheating in the rates, it's male clean showers without very dirty, no toilet paper you have to buy it outside, i.e. saying WiFi works when it's not even there, electrical wires coming out of the shower risk electrocution. That's more than just sleeping salesmen.

Cauchemar Rahba

No sheets!! They expect u to sleep on a dirty bed cover and just throw a blanket. No heater, a super used old stain towel, noise from kids living there. The towel I wipe the floor looks better than that. I asked them to give my money back. Booking.com should remove this. It is horrible for Americans. However they were very nice to help me find a much nicer room just nearby. I hope they upgrade. Pls know any riad, guesthouse, in medina will have pray call being heard. The good thing is it gets quiet by 10:30 .

Hate booking.com even to list this horrible, not a minimum

We missed our flight and had to stay in Marrakesh for 2 more days so we wanted to stay in a cheap place. When we arrived there the man seemed pretty nice until he made us pay the 46€ in cash before taking us to our room. The room was HORRIBLE. There was damp on the ceiling and the bathroom, the bathroom door was broken so we couldn't even close it, he didn't give us towels nor even toilet paper and the bed was destroyed, it was super uncomfortable and dirty. Also, I only stayed in the room for half an hour and got bitten in two different places of my body. We canceled the reservation via booking (had to play 18€ for that) and when we told the man what we did he said he would only give us half of the money we payed because he was obsessed with the idea that booking was going to get a commission for our reservation even though I explained to him 3 times that we canceled the reservation and that booking took that commission from us, I even showed him the email confirming that and still he didn't give us all of our money. Not only this is the worst place I've even been to but also the man that owns it only cares about money and doest give a sh*t about his clients so just DON'T GO THERE!!!

Don't stay there, horrible experience

The location of the dish is fantastic, unbeatable. The reception staff is nice and breakfast is good (coffee, milk, tea, butter, jam, bread and tortillas). We had a problem with the shower and were moved from room to room without any problems. The room is small. There are no closets. There is only one hanger. The bathroom is tiny and they have a shower plate where more water falls out of it than it does in it. The bathroom ends up flooding. Of the two rooms we had, the first one had no hot water only (No. 13), the second (No. 2), apart from the bed and we saw that it was very dirty. And it has moisture in the ceiling.

It was horrible!!!!

If you want the worst of the worst, go to bed without sheets then wet sweeter sheets. We're told he's normal. He's got more yesterday. Lousy shower room with all the broken dirt. The door doesn't close. We finally go to sleep. We try to smell the excrement. We had to take another hotel. Breakfast not before 9:00 but served around 9:45 after three claims.

It's horrible.

This place is a bit weird, the light button in room 4 is in the shower (it's a little scary), on the sink there's only the cold water tap, no air conditioning but just a fan, for summer it shouldn't be terrible, breakfast is not before 9:00, if you have to leave early to go out or something you leave without lunch but there's no compensation:

Riad normal, a good and abundant breakfast (included in the price). The best of all is the guy who carries it, very attentive and friendly. And also the location, in the very center of La Medina and a 2-minute walk from the famous plaza. The rooms, at least ours, small and quite abandoned, a small bathroom and something dirty, the front door with the toilet at the door. There are no towels or toilet paper. The paper if you ask for it, you can get it. It has wifi and a terrace with views.

Acceptable, perfect location.

Horrendous. False advertising as far as i am concerned, i have complained to the company i booked through.
The bathroom was covered in mould, the photos are not representative of what the rooms/terrace are actually like. Nowhere to put clothes, just a bed with springs poking through and a coat stand. The shower flooded the bathroom completely. When i complained about the smell of mould and the state of the bathroom i was presented with Joss sticks which were placed into the rawl plugs in the bathroom wall!

Should be shut down

We booked this hotel from Germany over the Internet because it had a relatively good rating. I can't figure out this good rating, here are a few points: first time positive: - centrally located, almost right on the large square negative: - very small room - no cabinets, no storage space - NASS! As soon as you showered, the entire bathroom was wet, because the shower head was dirty. You could see from the mold in the bathroom that the problem has been like this for a long time.

The Awakening of Evil

When we arrive in the middle of the night, the employee has a very bad understanding of French and pretends not to understand that we have a reservation, three nights reserved and paid via leclerc travel. We abbreviate it by saying that we will take care of it the next day, heading to the room. And there I miss the words, a bed with a plea that seemed to have been going on for several decades, no gold plates so we share everything with the previous customers. The bathroom is summed up has a shower basin without a curtain and a toilet basin without a paper scroll! so at two o'clock in the morning it's not possible to look for anything else so we slept on the spot.
