We stayed in these wonderful apartments for over a month. Everything is provided for the little things. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay. The apartments have a beautiful interior, very clean, modern. There is a swimming pool and barbecue. Very convenient location near the sea, across the road from several shops. 7 minutes to Waikiki beach and restaurant. The owner helped us with all matters. A huge thank you to Juro and his family for the care and attention. It was unexpected and very pleasant on my birthday to get a beautiful, tasty cake. We are very happy to have stopped right here and will definitely be back! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It's a great place, great apartments.

Vacationed with family June-July 2021. The apartment is clean, cozy, comfortable beds.  5 minutes walk to the beach, to the port of Montenegro - 10. Across the street from the apartment supermarket IDEA.  The children really liked the pools.  The pools are clean.  You can sunbathe and barbecue by the pools.  Many thanks to Djuro owner and his family!

Just returned from a wonderful week in Tivat. These apartments are beautiful, very modern and immaculate. Wifi and aircon are included in the price. Djuro and family are lovely and really helpful. Djuro will arrange transfers to the airport and back and any trips you need to make. The pool was empty for most of the week it was like having our own private pool. There is a supermarket across the way and another smaller one a bit further up. The sea is only a short walk away and it's a lovely walk to the port and centre. It was my daughters birthday while we were there and Djuro dropped by with wine and chocolates. I will definitelybe returning

Modern apartment with very clean, fresh interior and fully equipped (even in the kitchen you have everything you need).
They have all needed facilities for parents with children: Kinder garden, outside grill, swimming pool with showers and sun beds, free parking, wifi …
 
Close to the sea (only 2 min away). Walking distance to everything in Tivat, Porto Montengro : a luxury marine port and by car you can easily reach other places to see (Kotor, Budva). Next to it a nice supermarket where you can buy meet and they grill it for you on the spot. 

For anything you need, the owners are super nice and helpful.

A perfect place for everything...close to the sea...beach bars...close to Porto Montenegro luxury marine port...from the terrace you are looking on the entrance of Boka bay and beautiful sunset and mountain view.
Here you have all you need: swimming pool for kids and olders with showers and sun beds, outside barbeque, free parking, wifi...all apartmants are fully equiped.

Extraordinary clean place, firendly owners...the only thing you need to do is to come here and enjoy.

A perfect place

This modern apartment had almost everything we could wish for.
The very clean, fresh and modern interior made us feel like home.
Nice balcony looking out over the pool and terrace. We only missed the sea view we had in our reservation and only saw a little between the trees and other houses in front of us.
The owner was friendly and helpful and spoiled us with fresh fruit.
Walking distance to everything in Tivat and by car you can easily reach Kotor, Budva, Sveti Steffan among other places to see.

Apartments are beautiful! They have all needed facilities that are modernized and practical. Pool space is excellent for chill and relaxation and apartments are only 2 min away from the sea. 

But mooost memorizing thing is smiling, pleasent and serving staff, ready to create an excellent experience for their guests and to meet their every need!
 And they make great food!

It's called a 4 star but it's really just a trick. Beautiful looking from the outside and pretty at first glance but sleeping on a sofa bed with a 10 cm mattress is not really a 4 star. Nice shower but not very practical, it's light and has no window. So much goodwill of the improvised owners rent apartments but maybe it's a case of lowering prices or giving decent service.

Nice make-up, but...

Apartments are clean, beautiful, beds are convenient, walking to the beach is 3-5 minutes, to the port of Montenegrine - 10-15 minutes, there is a supermarket across the street from the apartments. The main swimming pool is very pleasing to the 10-year-old daughter, and the children's room is very pleasing to the 3-year-old. The swimming pools are clean.

Beautiful apartments.

Just back from 11 wonderful nights at these apartments. We stayed in a 1st floor studio overlooking the pool with a large balcony. Exceptionally clean and well equipped and finished to a modern high standard. We felt like we had our own pool a lot of the time.sunbeds around the pool area and extra seating by the pool and also in front of the apartments. There was a BBQ area which you could also use if you wished. Djuro and all his lovely family could not do enough for you. They checked on your well being and made sure you were happy with everything, every day. This was our 2nd time to Tivat and we love it. Apartments ideally situated. A supermarket opposite and a bus stop too. Minutes walk from the beach and promenade which you could walk for miles down. Plenty of bars and cafes, restaurants along the way. The sea was warm and crystal clear. Porto Montenegro is about 15 minute stroll along the front where you see all the super yachts. A lovely port to wander around with plenty to see. Everyone is so friendly and will try their best to understand and communicate in English with you. Do not hesitate to stay here, you will certainly not be disappointed.
