This hotel is owned by the Moscow prosecutor.

I liked the atmosphere of justice and the smell of strength......... The reliability of the foundation, as reliable as the system of all branches of government in a neighboring country......... A satisfactory price, a person with a living standard, could spend a great day and a half here.

Foreign agent

We stayed four nights in this apartment before continuing to Dubrovnik. Kotor bay coastline is full of apartments and we have no experience of the other ones but this one was a great one. We had two bedroom apartment with spacious living room/kitchen and balcony with beautiful view. Swimming pool is decently sized with many sunbeds. There is a beach nearby (5min walk) as well as a supermarket and two good restaurants (we preferred Sutvara). It was very hot weather during our stay so the high quality air conditioning was highly welcomed. Sevice is very warm, and our daughters liked the cats...

Very pleasant family stay

Everything perfect, location, swimming pool, clean housing, beautiful balcony, reception. Unfortunately nearby beach bar with deep sleep, especially in the evening.

We recently stayed here for 5 nights before travelling on to Dubrovnik. The views from the property are sensational and a definite highlight along with the gorgeous pool. The photos can’t do it justice!
The apartments themselves are spotless and well equipped. The surrounding restaurants offer quality food, we visited them all and were impressed with the quality of food and service. It wasn’t an issue for us but walking to them may be a challenge for people less mobile with a small steep incline from the main road back to the apartment. 
We hired a car for our stay which would recommend for exploring the surrounding area. 
Lovely hosts, nothing too much trouble. We wouldn't hestitate in recommending the apartments and hope to visit again one day and explore more of the beautiful country of Montenegro.

Excellent location and property

Very clean and big apartment and balcony with a great view over the lake. The infinity swimming pool is very chill, also with a nice view! 
Close by there are some restaurants and a super market. For the atm, you have to go to another village/city. The owner will give you a lot of info and advise for the area.
The only thing that I didn’t like, is that there was some loud music coming from a beach bar (way in the distance!) until late. But of course, can’t blame the accommodation for that. Just take some earplugs with you!

Fantastic view

This place was one of the highlights of our European trip through four countries. Though slightly hard to find, this was a gem. The apartment was spotless, spacious, with everything you could possible need. Very large balcony overlooking the Bay of Kotor. The view from both living room and bedroom was stunning. The pool area was small, but never crowded and with a great view. The gentleman running the place was also helpful and pleasant.

The first thing that strikes you as you walk through the door is the view - it's breathtaking 😍

The apartment itself is large, spacious, spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped (free WiFi, air con in lounge  & bedroom, TVs in both rooms, washing machine, large balcony with access from  lounge and bedroom, etc.) and very modern. 

The surrounding area is beautiful but you really need a car to get around. Thankfully we hired one and were able to explore the neighbouring areas.

We would highly recommend these apartments and would definitely return!

Honeymoon Heaven

We stayed here for a week and can not fault anything, the apartments are clean, modern & well equipped. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. 
It’s in a nice quite location with everything you need close by, shops, restaurants, beach. 
Kotor is only a 30 minuet drive and very straight forward. 

The owners were very nice & nothing was too much for them. the pool had the same breathtaking view and although shared we often had it to ourselves. 

We have a16 month old and the apartment was perfect and well equipped for little ones. We had a high chair & cot provided and we also had a washing machine with washing powder which is always useful! 

Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking to go to Montenegro. 

We’re already planning on going back!
