I emphasize that we were just eating, so the comment isn't about the hotel. Don't be fooled by the undoubtedly nice place, with tables right on the sea: we ordered two seconds of fish and a starter (called their menu), but all the dishes came together and, having made him notice, we got a you told me right away that you wanted it first, so why put it in the menu of the starters? Then we took some white wine from the house and they brought it to the GHIACCIO.

Disappointing

We stayed 6 nights in Vila Perast and were very happy to have made our drop point to the Bay of Kotor. The hotel is located in the center of Perast, a small town worthy of a postcard, full of charms and attractions, a few kilometers from Kotor, its bustle and dense traffic, close to Herceg Novi and the Lutsica Peninsula. Staying in the city allows you to enjoy the quiet of the morning and the charms of its shores at the end of the night, a great majority of tourists are partying. Vila Perast is very well located, in the heart of the city, close to its 17 churches and churches.

We stayed in Vila Perast for 3 days. I highly recommend this hotel to you.

Hotel, They are taking you from entrance of Perast with golf cart, also thats nice service. 

Just negative thing is , its not for otel for all perast stay, parking is problem. You cant enter inside with your car.

Nice Place in Perast

Delightful stay at this place, really one of those times were the staff really made it a great experience.  The girl on the front desk, Nadja, was super helpful and a real boon to the place.  Wonderful breakfast as well.

Fantastic staff

We stayed a few nights in the hotel for our wedding to get ready with our bridal party. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel to others. 

We chose hotel carefully and meet with the new management already in April (we stayed in June) and in between there was a management change and new management made us disappointed. 

First of all we got the wrong key by the receptionist so on our wedding night we could not enter the hotel at all. We tried to text and call when we got there at 2AM but did not get a hold of anyone as reception is open 8 AM to 8 PM. We actually did not have anywhere to spend the night it was pretty ruined. The staff was very sorry about it afterwards but we did not get any compensation for the nights (except €20 restaurant bill we refused to pay). 

Apart from this insistent. Rooms are rather small but nice. We had with ocean view. 

For the price paid the breakfast was terrible I would give it 1-2 stars. The restaurant was closed during our stay so we couldn’t try it out. Location in Perast is nice and the staff is friendly but management seemed not to care a lot for guests or service. Staff overall seemed frustrated and disappointed and argued in front of us on one or two occasions. 

The property itself has potential but not living up to any of it at the moment summer 2023.

The hotel that managed to ruin our wedding night - and refused a refund.

Visited with my family, including two coeliacs. Lovely location at the water's edge. They ordered gluten free pizzas, which arrived with lovely handmade bases, and unusually were the clear equal of the 'normal' pizza we also ordered. The waitress was patient and careful and took care to check the details with the kitchen. There were lots of great options for gluten free and otherwise, which is hugely appreciated in a country where GF offerings still aren't very common. If you're looking for gluten free and are exploring the area, also try Marshalls Gelato in nearby Kotor, where all the ice cream is GF and GF cones are available too, and Restobar Taraca, also in Kotor and which also details GF :)

Great gluten free options

Perast is beautiful and also terrace and slope are promising. Unfortunately room number 8 is so little thoughtful designed. If it's so small that there are only 15 cm between wall and bed, it would be advisable not to take an iron bed so that you can hold your legs constantly when touching it for a mere forced walk. Or a bathroom where you can barely turn yourself at moderate body sizes. If the door was knocked around, you would have won a lot. Or if there were storage areas, you would have won a lot. But it all seems as if there was no plan; a management is not in the house and to speak of even two days of staying and several requests. The carnival breakfast is a very tasty and delicious breakfast from a positi hotel. It wouldn't be a pity if you were knocking on the door. Or if there were storage areas, you would have won a lot. Nice place under bad management

It's a very nice room (part of it on the top floor), everything looks good, breakfast buffet and you can sit right by the water with a wonderful view. It's important that you can't drive to the hotel, you have to park outside. However, it's not really a problem, the place isn't big. But you might not want to arrive in the dark. Perast is a rare beautiful place.

Great stay with sea view

We stayed for three nights in August at Hotel Perast, which is slightly set back from the road right in the heart of the village. The staff were super friendly and eager to help with recommendation/directions. 

Our room was simply furnished with a good sized, clean bathroom. The breakfast options are simple but tasty. However, the one lunch we ate here together with a group of friends was by common consent, absolutely superb. Such great seafood mains and very good starters and desserts. Furthermore it was served on the little covered terrace that juts out into the water. This was the best meal we ate in Perast. 

The benefit of the hotel's central location is the short walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and other attractions. However, the disadvantage of its central location, if you are coming by car, is that it's a fairly long walk to the car park at the perimeter of the village. Be aware that if you are coming by car, finding a space is also a challenge! 

Overall, for what we paid for our B&B stay, this is a great value hotel.

Good hotel in a very central location

We stayed 2 nights in 2 double rooms with our teenagers. When we arrived the receptionist could not find our reservation despite our confirmation email. After 10-15 minutes of waiting she finally gave us the keys to 2 standard rooms... or we had booked 1 of 2 side doors with sea view and there we learn that our room was given by mistake to other customers. We still had to wait for these other guests to come home to move them and get our room with view... after receiving our keys no instructions on how to get to the room no elevator to load the luggage and no d offered by the 2 receptionists behind the small reception to look at us... I work in 1 hotel and even the basic bowl of human food, but I found that the service of the room 2 is very pleasant, but the service of the room 2 is very convenient.
