CONS: car is needed for every move; no window in the toilet (a more powerful air cleaner would be a good addition)

Amazing hosts

Jaz Garden residence is finally well located. The apartments are very clean and functional, the garden is beautiful and quiet, you can park there, Jaz beach is 5 minutes away by car (left of the beach, there are not too many people and it is free). Our hostess was very present and friendly, brought us castles 2 times in 4 days. In short it was very nice and much quieter than in Budva.

Very nice place to rent

Our taxi driver has been looking for an apartment for a long time, so the advice is not to show the name of the driver, namely the address or ask him to call the hostess. It's better to order a taxi from the airport right away because the bus can wait a long time. From Tibet it's 20 minutes from Budva 10. The area is called Grbalska Lašta. The hotel consists of apartments, a villa on the 2nd floor with balcony, garden, parking lot, places to take sunbathing on the roof. The hostess is very welcoming, she showed us everything we can use, on request she provided a straw and a bottle of wine a day before departure. We left after one hour, but at 11 o'clock in the morning (we had to pay for the trip earlier than the 12th), and as a result, we arrived in the room, but it's ready for us to eat.

It's a great place!

We stayed here for 3 nights in Aug 2016, we had a room for 4 people. The apartments are ellegant and everything seemed new and it was very clean, just as shown on booking. It is a long way if you want to walk to Jaz, Ploce or Trsteno beach, which are the closest, so we took the car every day, although at Jaz and Trsteno you have to pay 3 euro for parking near the beach. But if you plan to visit Budva, this is perfect, as you would have to drive from anywhere (unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount of money for poor accommodation by the shore in Budva), and this location is right off the main road, a few minutes from town. Close enough to be convenient, far enough from the main road to be very quiet. Our host was just as classy and sweet, she brought us a bowl of fresh figs one morning, that she had just picked up from the orchard, which also served as parking lot. We also broke one of her nice wine glasses, but they wouldn't take our money for that. We had a  wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Budva.

All nice and clean and a lovely host

We stayed, unfortunately, only 4 nights, in August 2016. The structure is new, fresh, nice and well maintained. The apartment was large, very large room, veranda kitchen with huge fridge, bathroom much better than many others and a huge terrace! Bed kit size and COMODISSIMO!! The very kind owner who brought the coffee every morning and clearly there was no breakfast included, it was a simple courtesy. Near the center of Budva, a nice parking lot in front of the house and in a traffic-free and no-noise area! There is no detail but at night from the terrace you enjoy the spectacular view of a star-studded one! There are very few reviews because I think they have recently opened a sky.. but!
